These high-quality lustre effect colouring powders can be applied directly onto cakes and decorations with a cake decorating brush. They are perfect for brushing on to sugarwork to create realistic flowers and models, and can also be mixed with a few drops of rejuvenator spirit to create an edible lustre effect paint to apply to sugar paste, flower paste and modelling paste. These powers are great for colouring chocolate or candy melts and can be kneaded into sugarpaste or marzipan for beautiful results.
