By providing farmers with training support through our network of agronomists and higher yielding, disease resistant plants, we are able to ensure you get to enjoy Nescafe coffee with the knowledge that it has been produced with care and quality in every cup.

RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with your item(s) you are welcome to request a return, please email hello@itsabakingthing.com for our returns information.

We must be notified that you wish to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Items can only be returned if they are in a new and unopened condition.

Please note: We are unable to authorise returns on perishable items (such as flour and yeast), items sold with an advertised short shelf life, or sale products.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return postage unless your items are received damaged or faulty. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition, please let us know as soon as possible by sending photos of your order to us at hello@itsabakingthing.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible, and replace the item, or issue a full or agreed partial refund.
