Colour Mill Oil Based Colouring Tiffany 20ml
Being oil based, only a small amount of colouring is needed to create rich, deep vibrant colours so these bottles go a long way! We recommend using the end of a cocktail stick to dispense the required amount, and as a guide wouldn't recommend using more than 2% of what the colour is being mixed in to. The 'teardrops' on the side of the bottle are a useful colour guide as to the depth of colour achieved with said number of drops (make sure you allow a little time for the colour to develop!). The high concentration means you use much less than you normally would to achieve even brighter and colourful results. You only need a tiny drop at a time to build up your desired shade.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return postage unless your items are received damaged or faulty.
