HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?
Postage is free on all UK Mainland deliveries. There is a £14 courier set charge for all orders placed to Non-Mainland addresses. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for more details.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED?
We use a range of different packaging for our orders, including strong mail bags and heavy duty double wall boxes. Bubble wrap is included where necessary, and all flour orders are sealed with Fragile tape to ensure a safe transit.
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked and DPD. Our systems automatically select a carrier based on the size and weight of your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days of being received. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and Bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched at the latest by Tuesday.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please allow 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to arrive. If you have not received your order after this time, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to check with the courier to find out where your parcel is.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
Please send us photos of any damaged items to email@example.com so that we can look in to this for you, and arrange for a replacement item.
