Delivery & Returns


All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked & DPD Next Day, and charges are based on total order weight.

All orders are dispatched the next working day after being received. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and Bank holidays. Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Due to carrier restrictions, unfortunately we are only able to ship to the United Kingdom.

If your address is classed as Highlands & Islands please ensure you select 'UK Highlands & Islands' delivery during checkout. You may be contacted for additional payment to complete your order if an incorrect delivery service is selected.

Our Highlands & Islands delivery covers: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands.

Please note: If your parcel is returned to us as undelivered you may be charged an additional fee for re-delivery. If a parcel is rejected we reserve the right to issue a refund minus the outgoing and return delivery cost.


If you are not completely happy with your item(s) you are welcome to request a return, please email for our returns information.

We must be notified that you wish to return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Items can only be returned if they are in a new and unopened condition.

Please note: We are unable to authorise returns on perishable items (such as flour and yeast), items sold with an advertised short shelf life, or sale products.

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return postage unless your items are received damaged or faulty. If your order does not arrive in perfect condition, please let us know as soon as possible by sending photos of your order to us at Please ensure the item and all packaging is kept until a replacement or refund is guaranteed as we may require the damaged item to be returned. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you as soon as possible, and replace the item, or issue a full or agreed partial refund.
